Vricko Operations: Gmail integration privacy

Effective October 4, 2026. Operated by Zavva Holdings, LLC. This notice covers the internal Gmail integration used by Vricko Operations; it is not a general privacy policy for every Vricko service.

Account and permissions

The integration is intended only for the business-owned account zavva.holdings@gmail.com. Customers do not connect their Google accounts. Gmail read-only and send permissions allow the application to send approved business correspondence and process replies, unsubscribe requests and delivery notices.

Information used and stored

The application searches messages associated with registered prospect contacts and delivery notices. It checks sender metadata before retrieving relevant message contents. Operational records may contain contact addresses, relevant reply text, Gmail message and thread identifiers, delivery outcomes, and timestamps. Unrelated inbox message bodies are not intentionally retrieved. Relevant replies and delivery outcomes are stored in the private operational database for managing correspondence and suppressing further outreach when appropriate.

Providers and access

Google provides Gmail and OAuth. Netlify hosts the operational application and its private environment variables, including OAuth credentials. Neon stores operational records. Authorized Zavva administrators can access these records. OAuth credentials are not included in public website assets or customer deliveries. This integration does not send Gmail message contents to paid AI APIs or use them to train general-purpose AI models.

Use and disclosure

Gmail information is used to manage Vricko business correspondence and its related operational records. It is not sold or used for advertising. Vricko Operations’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and control

Operational records currently remain until an authorized administrator removes them; there is no automatic retention period. Suppression records may be retained to prevent unwanted follow-ups. The account owner can revoke access through Google Account permissions. Revocation stops future authorized API access but does not automatically remove existing operational records. To request review or deletion of stored correspondence, contact zavva.holdings@gmail.com. Requests are reviewed by an administrator, including any operational or legal reason to retain a record.
